The HardCORE Guide Assembly by D&D Technologies SHUT IT Gate Hardware was designed to replace the industry standard guide rollers. All you have to do is weld a 2" x 2" angle iron to your gate and attach the Guide Assembly to the end post. This is ideal for installations that do not have grade variations through the run distance of the gate.
The HardCORE Guide Assembly is a smartass design by SHUT IT that replaces the industry standard guide rollers. Simply weld a 21⁄2 x 21⁄2” (64 x 64mm) angle iron to your gate and attach the Guide Assembly to the end post. The standard version is ideal for installations that do not have grade variations through the run distance of the gate while the Extended version is ideal for installations that have grade variations through the run distance of the gate.
