Replacement control board for 6500, 6550, and 9000 series operators. 

The 4405-010 board is no longer available. The replacement for that board is the 4405-012 control board. That is the board you will receive when you select the option, "Before January 12, 2016".

When changing from a 4405-010 control board over to a 4405-012 control board, you must also order the 4001-020 terminal strip. Please make that selection on the second option choice below.
